A companion for your journey back Home....

I enjoy working with women and mothers experiencing burnout, depression, anxiety, infertility, isolation, grief and loss, parenting difficulties, and aspects of identity.  I also support family caregivers who often feel shaken or unsettled throughout the turbulent waves of the caregiving journey. My services are offered in English and Portuguese.

I would be honoured to help you

  • Re-connect to your creative authentic self

  • Further develop a somatic sense of safety

  • Process deep feelings of grief and loss

  • Regulate your emotional and interpersonal world through appropriate boundary setting

  • Understand your stressors and get to know your anger

  • Achieve self-compassion and the transformation you seek

  • Re-Narrate your story in a way that truly serves you and your relationships

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (#18918) with more than 15 years of experience in the combined fields of Counselling, Psychology and Gerontology as a clinician, workshop facilitator and therapeutic group mentor. I have a Psychology degree from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (Brazil), Masters in Social Dimensions of Health from the University of Victoria with a focus on healthy aging and extensive Post-Graduate Training in Psychotherapy.

I would like to acknowledge the traditional, ancestral, unceded territory of the Coast Salish, specifically Xwsepsum (Esquimalt), Lekwungen (Songhees), Sc'ianew (Beecher Bay), and the W̱SÁNEĆ Peoples on which I am learning, working and living today.
